  • What is Cryptocurrency signal trading?

    Cryptocurrency signals are trade suggestions or ideas for buying or selling a specific coin at a certain time and price. Macefinance provide all crypto signal trading services.

  • Which digital assets can be traded?

    Users can trade with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Ripple.

  • Can I trade 24 hours a day?

    You can trade at any time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

  • I cannot place a new entry order.

    A minimum entry amount should be remaining.

  • How do I change my phone number?

    If you would like to update the phone number associated with your Macefinance account, please submit a request to support@macefinance.com so our Customer Support team can assist you.

  • What is the available balance?

    Available balance refers to the available amount that you can enter into the trade in the current state.

  • What do I do if my account has been compromised?

    If you feel like your Macefinance account may have been compromised or hacked, please submit a request to support@macefinance.com as soon as possible so our Customer Support team can assist you.
    We also recommend changing your password by visiting your Macefinance account Security Settings: Then, click on “Security Options” and click on “Change Password”

  • I finished registration, when will I be verified?

    Verification should take no longer than 24 hours once the requested documentation is uploaded. Please note, documentation must be up to date (not expired) and clearly visible (not blurry and shows all 4 corners) for our team to review.

  • What documents are required for your verification?

    U.S. Applicants:
    Proof of identity — your valid state-issued ID, driver’s license, passport or passport card.

    International Applicants:
    Proof of identity — your passport from your country of citizenship; national ID and/or driver’s license from your country of residence as registered with Macefinance.

  • How do I withdraw digital assets from my Macefinance account?

    If you'd like to transfer your digital assets to an external wallet or exchange, please navigate to the Withdrawal Page Here and follow the steps below:

    • -Select the currency from the section
    • -Enter the amount in USD you want to withdraw
    • -Select the destination address (this is provided by your external wallet or exchange)
    • -After reviewing transfer details, select Request Withdrawal

  • How do I create an account?

    Click on the register button at the top right-hand corner of the MaceFinance website. Enter your personal information.

  • Can I sign up with someone else's name?

    You must sign up with your own name as you are responsible for your transactions and will receive transaction confirmations in your name.

  • Can I Create Multiple IDs?

    You can register with only one ID. If you register under multiple names by using another person's ID, you may be blocked from our system.

  • Is this trading system reliable?

    MaceFinance has the most technologically advanced system in the industry. By providing a web-based trading system for both PCs and mobile devices, you can trade on both your computer and your mobile phone.

  • Can I trade on my smartphone?

    You can access the MaceFinance mobile page from your smartphone and start trading right away. You do not need to install any apps, so you can start trading quickly.

  • How can I change my account details?

    You can change your account information by opening the top menu of the web page and clicking [Account] and then [My Account].

  • I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

    Go to the login page from the link in the upper right-hand corner of the MaceFinance homepage, then click the [Forgot Password?] Link. Please enter your email address, and we will send you a password.

  • Can I contact customer support for queries?

    If you have any questions, please contact MaceFinance Customer Support. We will answer your questions with care. We always try to respond promptly - if we receive a high volume of requests we may take a little longer to respond.
